and show up for themselves every day. Every piece is designed to move with you, to empower you
through reps, rest, and everything in between.

FOUNDER VISION

CNTOR isn’t just a brand, it’s a future I’m building from the ground up.

I created CNTOR to be a reflection of everything I believe in: self discipline, self love, and the power of showing up for yourself. After becoming a mum, rediscovering my strength through the gym changed my life. That transformation lit the fire behind this label.

Now, I’m here to build a brand that makes women feel unstoppable. I’m not just the founder, I’m in it with you.
