Hey, we’re the founders behind CNTOR, gym lovers, partners in life, and big believers in building confidence from the inside out.
CNTOR was born from a deeply personal journey. After having my daughter, I felt disconnected from myself, unsure of my style, my body, and even my identity. The gym became more than just a place to train. It gave me strength, discipline, and a spark I hadn’t felt in years.
As our journey grew, so did the brand. What started as something created by a gym girl, for gym girls, evolved into something bigger, something we both believed in. Together, we built CNTOR as a brand rooted in confidence, movement, and showing up for yourself, every single day.
Now, CNTOR creates activewear that does more than just look good. It’s designed to support you in the gym, in life, and everywhere in between. For women. For men. For anyone chasing their strongest, most confident self.

Yes! All CNTOR leggings are designed to be 100% squat proof and offer maximum coverage during workouts.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CNTOR PIECES?
We recommend a cold gentle machine wash, avoid fabric softeners and mixing colours, air dry in the shade to keep your pieces looking fresh.
WILL THE LEGGINGS ROLL DOWN DURING WORKOUTS?
No way! Our mid rise designs are tested for support and comfort so they stay put during squats, runs, and everything in between.
DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES INCLUDE DUTIES AND TAXES?
No. Prices are displayed excluding duties and taxes.
Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
DO YOUR SPORTS BRAS OFFER GOOD SUPPORT?
Absolutely! We’ve got styles for low, medium, and high impact workouts. For our fuller busted babes or if you’re smashing an intense upper body day, we recommend doubling up for extra support (and hello, cute colour combos!).
